Level I is designed for the person who has never stepped in front of a turntable or CD players and wants to learn the basics. You will learn how to cut and mix a range of genres.

This is ideal for students interested in starting their career as a DJ, as well as for those interested in picking up a new hobby.
Regular Level I course consists of 4 lessons per month, once/week for 90 minutes, where you will learn how to spin records/CDs from TallSasha, an Int'l DJ. For shorter/ less intense version, see Level I - Lite below.

Some of the topics covered include:
1. equipment set up
2. standard hand to record and/or CD technique
3. basic music theory
4. basic mixing and blending
5. basic scratching
6. basic beat matching

Level 1 - Regular: 399/month (4 x 90min lessons, if 2 students then lessons are for 120min)

Level I - Lite: $299/month n (3 x 90min lessons, if 2 students, then lesson is 120min)
